General Requirements
In general, Monmouth freshmen should have successfully completed the following courses while in high school:
  • Four years of English
  • Three years of math
  • Two years of science, including one year of lab
  • Three years of social science, including history and government
  • Two years of foreign language are recommended

Participation in honors or advanced courses and extracurricular activities are recommended for those who have the opportunity.

Monmouth College students must also take the ACT or SAT exam and score no lower than 18 to be considered for admission.
