This recently completed building hosts up to 87 students. Centrally air-conditioned, Gracie Peterson Hall is a modern, coed living facility with separate quads/triples/double rooms and single rooms for each gender. Students living in quads, triples, or double rooms share a bathroom. Each room has wireless internet along with the regular cable connection. Each quad/triple or a double room has a common telephone jack for the number of students living in them. Single rooms have their own phone jacks. Modern loft style furniture, which can also be bunked is provided in student rooms. Window treatments are provided. The hall has beautifully decorated modern lounges. Gracie Peterson Hall also has a fifteen person capacity Home Theater with a large screen and modern furnishings for student use. Laundry facilities are located in the lower level. Visitation hours are unlimited.
