may need "proof of enrollment" letters from time to time for insurance companies, parent's
employers, lenders, or others.
If you need such a letter,
please provide us with the following information:
- Student's full name and
social security number
- Period for which the
student should be verified (we can only verify for past or current semesters, not for
future semesters)
- Parent's name
- Company form OR
information on where to mail the verification
