Quick Tips for Students
Monmouth College is pleased to announce a new service for students. With a few simple
keystrokes and clicks of the mouse, you can access your schedule and your grades online. You
will also be able to look up course offerings and project your grade point average.
Getting in:
- Go to the MC home page:
www.monm.edu
- Click on “Academics”,
and then click on “Registrar's
Office”
- On the Registrar page, click on “Students” to get the
“Current Students” page
- Click on the “Log In” tab
- Your user name is your regular MC log-in name
- Your password is your regular MC log-in password
Viewing your personal
information
When you are logged in, you will have the ability to:
- View your biographical
information. (If there are errors here, contact the Registrar’s
Office immediately)
- View your class schedule.
- View your academic record.
- Look up the current course
offering listing to see what is open or closed.
Tips
- Before printing, click in the
frame you want to print.
- You must completely close out of
the web browser when you are finished, otherwise someone else could pull up your
confidential information. This means you must completely exit out of Internet Explorer.
- Make sure your “Current Options
Settings” are set to the semester you want. If you search on your Fall schedule and your
options say Spring, you will get the wrong schedule.
- When in doubt, call the
registrar’s office (2326) or the computer center (2106) for help.
