Work Study employment
is not reflected on student invoices. Those
students planning to apply work study earnings to their student account are required to notify
the
Business Office during registration check. Work
study employment awards reflect the gross amount not the net amount of earnings.
Work study checks are available on the 10th of the month for the hours worked
during the previous month. The student is
responsible for stopping by the Business Office to endorse the check in order for the funds to
be applied as payment on the student account.
Students are required to make an additional payment at the end of the semester if work study
earnings do not clear the student account.
Interest is assessed monthly on the outstanding balance for those students applying work study
earning to their student account.
Students who do not apply their work study earnings to the student account may pickup their
checks on the 10th of the month at the Stockdale Center.
