If you are a veteran and wish to receive educational benefits,
please contact the
Registrar
as soon as possible.
You will need the following forms:
- VA Form 22-1990 (Application for VA Education Benefits)
(Registrar)
- VA Form 22-1999 (Enrollment Certification) (Registrar)
- DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from
Active Duty) (Student)
- DD Form 2384-1 (Notice of Basic Eligibility) (Student)
The registrar will mail these forms together to the VA
regional center in St. Louis. Processing will take 2-3 weeks.
As a continuing student, the registrar will automatically
submit your VA Form 22-1999 each summer.
