Registration Times for 2010SP

Registration for Spring 2010 will open on Monday, November 2, at 6 p.m.  Students will be eligible to register according to the number of earned credit hours at this point in time. Please check your transcript on WebAdvisor to confirm how many earned credit hours you have.

New students who entered as freshmen this fall with no earned credits yet will register according to their student ID numbers beginning Wednesday, November 4, at 8 p.m. (Check below to see schedule of start times and ID numbers.)

Non-degree-seeking students will be eligible to register beginning Tuesday, November 10, at noon.

Remember, students will need Registration Clearance from their advisor in order to register themselves online beginning at their assigned times.  Registration Clearance is not automatic. 

Students: Even if your advisor gave you clearance to register yourself for the last registration period, you will need to be sure you are cleared for registration again for this registration period.

The following schedule shows when registration will open for individual students:

Monday, November 2

6:00 p.m. Students with 100 or more earned credit hours

7:00 p.m. Students with more than 90 earned credit hours

8:00 p.m. Students with more than 70 earned credit hours

9:00 p.m. Students with more than 62 earned credit hours

Tuesday, November 3

6:00 p.m. Students with more than 50 earned credit hours

7:00 p.m.  Students with more than 32 earned credit hours

8:00 p.m. Students with more than 30 earned credit hours

Wednesday, November 4

  6:00 p.m. Students with more than 20 earned credit hours

7:00 p.m.  Students with 1 or more earned credit hours

8:00 p.m. First-semester students with ID numbers below 453000

 

Thursday, November 5

6:00 p.m. First-semester students with ID numbers below 516000

7:00 p.m.  First-semester students with ID numbers below 520000

8:00 p.m.  All current degree-seeking students

Tuesday, November 10

All non-degree-seeking students with registration clearance may register.

Students can verify their number of earned credit hours by logging into WebAdvisor through the Campus Quick Links on the Monmouth College homepage and viewing their Transcript.  The cumulative earned credit hours are found at the bottom of the record in the last table on the page.  Remember, the Total Earned Credits are used to determine when students can register on the system.  (‘Total Earned Credits’ do not include what students are enrolled in this fall.) Students and advisors will not be able to register until the student’s assigned time. Once you are eligible to register, the registration system will remain open to you through the first week of spring semester.
