To nominate an individual for one of the following awards, send a profile of no less than
200 words that lists personal and professional accomplishments and reasons why the nominees

Distinguished Alumnus Award
We have included our list of
Distinguished
Alumni Award Recipients.
This award is given by the Alumni Board to recognize the exceptional achievements of an
alumnus/a who has distinguished him/herself through outstanding contributions and/or
accomplishments in his/her chosen field. In addition, the recipient must have exhibited
leadership qualities and/or evidence of civic, cultural or charitable involvement.
Young Alumnus Award
We have included our list of
Young Alumnus
Award Recipients. This award is given by the Alumni Board to recognize the exceptional achievements of a young
alumnus/a of Monmouth College for his/her significant contributions, accomplishments and/or
demonstrated promise in his/her chosen field. In addition, the recipient must have exhibited
leadership qualities and/or evidence of civic, cultural or charitable involvement. The award
is to be given to an alumnus/a who is 35 years of age or younger.
Distinguished Service Award
We have included our list of
Distinguished
Service Award Recipients.
This award is given by the Alumni Board to recognize outstanding service to Monmouth College
by alumni, parents or friends.
Family of the Year Award
The Family of the Year Award is selected by the Alumni Board of Directors
and is presented annually at Alumni Weekend in June. The honored family is
recognized for their consistent and sustained involvement with and support
for Monmouth College over several generations. The family selected as the
Monmouth College Family of the Year exemplifies qualities toward which
Monmouth students should aspire – commitment to service, leadership and
academic achievement.
