I graduated
from Northern last May with a Master's in Instructional Technology, in
order to work as a school library media specialist. In June, I took
several students to Costa Rica for two weeks. It is a beautiful country,
but I would recommend going during the dry season. Matt and I had our
first child, Harrison Glen, in September. He is six months old and
already has mommy and daddy wrapped around his little finger. I hope all
is well with all of you.

Jennie has just been named Art Director of
the United Sportsmen's Journal, which has a readership of 75,000 people,
as well as designer for the United Sportmen's Youth Foundation, a
non-profit organization that works to conserve land and then make it
available to kids to learn about conservation, wildlife management, and

It has been a busy
few months in the Jennings' household. In November, 2007, I found out
that I passed the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards in
Adolescence and Young Adulthood Mathematics. In December of 2007, I
graduated from St. Ambrose University with a master's in education. On
February 4, 2008, I gave birth to boy/girl twins, Briar Lee Jennings and
Brenna Ann Jennings!
