Refer a Student
The Refer a Student program is a way for Monmouth College alumni to help our office of admission recruit the best new students. By describing the college based on their personal experience and the success they have achieved as a result, alumnus provides an effective testimonial to the strength of a Monmouth College education.

Submit a name for our admission staff to contact.

Refer a student help in many ways:

• They recommend bright young high school students to our admission representatives.
   
• They phone prospective students and share their own Monmouth College experiences.
   
• They can drive recruits from their city to Monmouth to visit the campus.

An alumnus can sponsor a Monmouth College information booth at college fairs in their areas, or can host a reception for potential Monmouth College students.

Whatever the sponsor wants to do, it’s up to them, and they can do it at their own convenience and on their own time. For more information on the Refer a Student program, call the Admission office at 1-800-74SCOTS, or email admit@monm.edu.

Host Alumni Gatherings
Monmouth College alumni who live around the country often help their alma mater by hosting alumni gatherings in the cities where they live. The hosts and hostesses assist the director of alumni programs with arranging for location, catering, and local publicity.

Reunion Organizers
Alumni can assist our office of alumni programs organize reunions by mailing letters, making phone calls, and otherwise getting classmates excited about coming back to Monmouth at Homecoming or Alumni Weekend. The reunions can be for either graduating classes or affinity groups, such as fraternities, extracurricular organizations, sports teams, or academic departments.
