MC Scholarship Note
The Perpetual Scholarship is a vehicle that has been employed by several fledgling Midwestern colleges to raise much-needed capital.

At Monmouth, $100 notes are sold to the public, with the college providing scholarships to the note holders in exchange for six percent interest- about one-fifth the actual cost of tuition.

Get 'em while you can! At this price, we can't afford to offer perpetual scholarships forever!
