From Monday night’s talent show Scotlight
(top left) to the games and activites available on the Quad Tuesday
afternoon, students enjoyed the ability to take a day off classes near
the end of spring semester and celebrated the founding of Monmouth
College. Students enjoyed inflatable games such as the surf board (top
and middle right) and sumo wrestling (middle left), along with other
activities. There was a booth where interested parties could make their
own music video (bottom left and right), as well as a photo booth which
helped friends to remember the occasion (bottom center). Carnival food
was also available for lunch (middle center), and members of the campus
community at large, including parents and alumni on campus for the
Honors Convocation.
Everything returned to normal Wednesday
morning, however, as classes resumed for the final two weeks of classes
before the close of spring 2007 semester.
