Women suffer a tough loss to St. Norbert
Almost followed in the footsteps of football
The Fight Scots women’s volleyball team traveled to De Pere, Wisc. this weekend to fight for a spot in the national playoffs. The Fighting Scots earned a bye into the second round by finishing second in the conference and looked to take on the winners of Lake Forest and Ripon on Fri. Nov. 4.
Lake Forest ended up edging Ripon in the first round and began to prepare for a previous loss to the women earlier in the year at Lake Forest on their homecoming. Bringin’ home the turkey
For the seventh straight year, Monmouth has claimed the Bronze Turkey. In dominating fashion, the Fighting Scots of Monmouth College defeated the Knox College Prairie Fire in the 116th Turkey Bowl.
On Saturday Nov. 5, the Fighting Scots marched into the Knox Bowl ready to defend their perfect season and Bronze Turkey trophy. The Scots walked out triumphantly with a 48-0 victory, their tenth on the year. Read More...

After the Monmouth College women's basketball team concluded their 2004-05 season with a victory over Knox College, their head coach, Dennis Mann resigned. Talented freshmen join already young squad
Monmouth College men's swimming is back in action for the second year in a row, since 1982. With returning five swimmers, this year's swim team is turning out to be quite promising. Compared to last year, the team has become much more versatile and has more to work with in regards to giving the team a name which will be distinguished in the Midwest Conference. Read More...

Swimming consists of many events and the women's swimming team pretty much dominates a lot of them. With new swimmers such as Sarah Sauer and Sarah Christsensen, Monmouth will do well and are expected to win conference. Read More...
