How long have you been at MC?

10 Years

What did you dress up as on Halloween?

A Quasi Biker Dude/Village People Person

What makes you want to dress up on Halloween?

“Laughter is medicine. There are times when we shouldn’t take life so seriously.”

What type of reactions do you get from people when you are dressed up?

“Nick Bush asked me out on a date but was disappointed when I told him I was married. The most shocking thing for most people is my earring. I got my ear pierced 30 years ago—by some woman who ended up becoming my wife—when doing so was considered radical for a guy.  Of course I had a lot more hair back then.”

Is Halloween your favorite holiday? If not, what is?

“My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. I have been blessed in my life with two great parents, seven great brothers, a great wife, two great daughters, a job I absolutely love and stunning good looks. I am thankful for all of these, including the obvious self-delusion.”

What has been your most outrageous costume?

“If I told you and you printed it, I’d lose my job and get put in jail.”

What do your daughters think about you dressing up on Halloween?

“Both of my daughters realize the importance of humor. They support my efforts to make others laugh. They often laugh at my weak efforts to be their father.”

About Michael Connell...

“Professor Connell’s clothing is so out of date, I often think he is practicing for Halloween. If any one has a connection with Speedo, I’d appreciate it if she’d put in a good word for me as I am hoping to get the modeling career off the ground.”
