Students attending a performance of comedian/magician Justin Kredible in the Dahl Chapel and Auditorium on Friday, Jan. 20, were wowed by his tricks and humored by his jokes.
Martha McGrane, head of comedian programming for Association for Student Activities Programming (ASAP), said that student response to Kredible’s act has been largely positive. Most commonly, McGrane heard that students enjoyed his use of audience participation and that he was very funny. If given the chance, she “would definitely bring him back” to campus.
McGrane said the idea to have Kredible perform at MC came from Stephanie Kennedy, Assistant Director of Campus Events. She had seen him perform at a college programming conference and thought he would be a good addition to the MC student activities calendar.
Another comedian, Josh Wade, will be performing in Scotland Yard at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16.
