Albert Greene

The senior track star as propelled himself into the Monmouth College record book.

In the last two meets, Greene has surpassed the 46 foot mark twice. This is an accomplishment never before achieved by any MC track star.

Greene, who on Saturday, Feb. 11, broke a record that had stood since 1931. On that day, Greene jumped 46’1-1/4.

In his very next meet at the UNI Dome Open on Friday Feb. 17 Greene broke his own record. He jumped an outstanding distance of 46’1-3/4.

Greene has now set the standard for triple jumpers to come at Monmouth College.

Greene is known as one of the nicer guys on MC campus and this couldn’t have happend to a nicer guy

He has inked his name into the MC record books and his legacy will live on for years to come.
