What’s your home town?
Morrisonville, Ill.
What’s your major?
Communication and Theater Arts
What organizations are you involved in on campus?
I am the president of Kappa Kappa Gamma and the vice president of Mortar Board. I am also in Blue Key, WMCR, GAMMA, Cheerleading and Relay for Life.
Do you have any favorite MC moments?
My favorite Kappa moment is receiving my bid from them. My favorite cheerleading moment is performing at the homecoming pep rally.
Do you have any plans for after graduation?
Yes. I am going to Northern Illinois for a master’s in communication. I eventually want to move on to a doctoral program and be a college professor.
Do you have a favorite professor or department?
I like all of the CATA department, but especially Trudi because she’s my advisor.
If you could be remembered at MC for one thing, what would that be?
I’d want to be remembered for always having a good time. I have a goofy sense of humor.
Do you have any advice for the students who will be here after you graduate, or for incoming freshmen?
Don’t sit around and do nothing. Take advantage of everything the campus has to offer. The more people you meet the more fun you have.
