Murder, mayhem and madness: Shakespeare takes the stage at Monmouth College

Bringing the Bard to the Wells Theater stage

Lindsay Jackson, Desdemona and Dee Jackson, Othello, rehearse a scene from part of “A Taste of Shakespeare.” The two-act play, presenting selections from “Othello” and “Hamlet,” two of Shakespeare’s classics, opened Thursday in the Wells Theater. Performances continue Friday and Saturday night, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday afternoon, at 2 p.m.
