What is your major and where is your hometown?

Major: Music. Hometown: Midlothian, Ill. Bremen High School

What activities are you involved in at MC?

Captain of Color Guard, first chair bassoon in the Monmouth Wind Ensemble, Chorale, Crimson Masque.

 Who are your favorite professors?

Ian Moschenross, because he pushes me to learn and become inspired by music; Carolyn Suda, because she pushes me to never give up in class and in my efforts to succeed in life; Doc Wallace, because he puts up with my weird humor in plays.

What is your favorite class and why?

Beginning acting with Janeve West. It revolves around you portraying someone else and learning more about theatrical aspects.

What are your plans after graduation?

A post-baccalaureate program for music education or a masters program in general music.

What is your proudest accomplishment at MC?

Becoming Color Guard captain and working with so many wonderful people. That is an experience you can only get at college. Also, I was awarded a talent scholarship my freshman year for music. Last but not least was meeting my wonderful boyfriend, Andy Martin, and the boys of Madden House B4.
