Fitness Goal: Joan will improve her muscular strength by using the machines in the fitness room. Joan will increase her strength so that she can do 3 sets of 12 reps for each weight machine. |

Reflection of fitness objective(s): Joan used all of the machines (leg press 95 lbs, seated rows 30lbs, leg extension 45 lbs, pull ups 3 @ 100lbs, bench press 40 lbs, leg curls 20lbs). My cues worked well. On the treadmill Joan walked for 3 minutes at a pace of 2.5. She did really well and followed my directions. |
