How do I purchase my books?
Text books and supplies can be purchased by bringing the student's schedule to the Monmouth College bookstore.

How do I schedule a campus visit?
Call the Admission Office at 1-800-747-2687 and ask for the Visit Coordinator, who will arrange an individualized, one day or overnight campus visit.

How can I obtain info on MC and/or be added to your mailing list?
Submit an online Request Information form.

Admission Open House:
Register today for your Open House visit or call the Admission Office at 1-800-747-2687 to make a reservation or obtain further details.

Where is MC located - how long does it take to get to campus?
There are directions to MC online, as well as information on over-night accommodations.

How do I apply to MC?
You can either complete a paper application, or submit an online application or an international application.

Do you accept Advanced Placement test credit?
Monmouth College recognizes both the Advanced Placement (APP) and the International Baccalaureate Program (IBP). APP credit is granted for examinations receiving a score of 3 or better in disciplines offered by the college.

What are the residence halls like?
The Student Services section includes information about the residence halls.

What extra-curricular activities do you have?
Monmouth College students engage in a variety of co-curricular activities that are organized informally by students who share a common interest or goal.  However, in some cases a group of students may seek to become recognized formally as a Monmouth College Student Organization.

How safe is the school, and what is the crime rate?
The crime rate in the city of Monmouth and Monmouth College has traditionally been very low. But safety and security of  its students, faculty and staff  remains a high priority for Monmouth College. There is at least one security officer present on campus every day from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays two officers work. Official Crime Statistics

If I am bringing my own computer to hookup to the network in my room, what specs should it have.
In order to connect to the Monmouth College network, your personal computer must have a Microsoft Windows (95, 98, ME, XP, or 2000), Macintosh, or Unix operating system, an Ethernet network adapter, and a data (network) cable. No other specifications are required. Currently, the college provides full network support for personal computers that have a Windows operating system.
