Temporarily named "North Hall," Monmouth's newest student residence is nearing completion on the northwest side of campus, just west of Graham Hall. The 131-bed facility contains 35,000 square feet, and will be ready for occupancy in August, in time to accommodate a projected larger student body. The gracious, Georgian-style brick building, projected to cost $6.4 million, is composed primarily of two-bedroom “quads,” each housing four students and sharing a bathroom.
