The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) should be filed on an
annual basis for each individual student in your household who plans to
attend college.
The fastest and easiest way to accomplish this is to visit the
www.fafsa.ed.gov website and submit the FAFSA
electronically with the use of a pin number which will serve as your
electronic signature.
For a paper template/worksheet used for gathering your information
before submitting an on-line FAFSA, please open and print the form:

the Web Worksheet
If you would rather complete a paper form and mail by U.S. Postal
Service rather than completing online, please open and print the form:

You should accomplish filing the FAFSA sometime between January 1st
and April 1st of each year and you should always include Monmouth
College’s Title IV code: 001725 on the application.
The results of the FAFSA will help to confirm your eligibility for
funding through federal and state programs including grant, loan and
work programs.
The FAFSA results will also help to determine the amount of any
additional Monmouth College need-based grants that you could receive.
