Student will Speak on Spain at Luncheon Event at MC

Monmouth College senior Jodie Regnier
will present the next International Luncheon of the spring semester March 20 at noon in the
Highlander Room in the college’s Stockdale Center.
Regnier, who is from Lombard, Ill., and
is majoring in Spanish and business, spent the spring semester of 2001 in Granada, Spain,
which she called “the experience of a lifetime. It wasn’t only about learning to speak Spanish
better, but also learning about the culture, the people and being able to travel and
experience other countries.”
Her presentation, which will cover her
trip experiences, is free and open to the public. Lunch featuring international food is
available, and a meal ticket can be purchased for $5 at the Stockdale Center office. Lunch
