Monmouth College’s annual Student Competition and Exhibition will he held March 16-27 in the Len G. Everett Gallery in the college’s Hewes Library and run through March 27. There will be an artists’ reception March 16 at 1:30 p.m.

Each artist may submit up to two pieces of work that they have created while a student at MC, provided that it has not previously been exhibited at the college. Several prizes will be awarded, including a $75 for Best of Show. Categories include ceramics, drawing/works on paper, photography, painting, sculpture and design.

This year’s juror is Tom Aprile, an associate professor and head of the sculpture area at the University of Iowa’s School of Art and Art History.
