MONMOUTH, Ill. — Jon Carlson, Monmouth College visiting assistant professor of political science, will be the discussion leader for the eighth and final Great Decisions program of the spring semester, “The Philippines,” on March 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room in the college’s Stockdale Center.

The public is invited to participate in the free series, which is sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a non-partisan, non-governmental association that works to increase Americans’ understanding of significant foreign policy issues.
