Urban to discuss WMDs at MC’s next Great Decisions

MONMOUTH, Ill. — Monmouth College history
professor Bill Urban will be the discussion leader for the next Great
Decisions program, “Weapons of Mass Destruction,” on Feb. 4 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Tartan Room in the college’s Stockdale Center.
The public is invited to participate in the free
series, which is sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a
non-partisan, non-governmental association that works to increase
Americans’ understanding of significant foreign policy issues.
Urban, the Lee L. Morgan Professor of History and
International Studies, will preface the program with a 30-minute overview,
which will be followed by one hour of group discussion. The program will
be the third in the eight-week series, which concludes March 17. For more
