MC’s Kieft to lead final Great Decisions of semester

MONMOUTH, Ill. — Richard “Doc” Kieft,
the Garrett W. Thiessen Professor of Chemistry at Monmouth College, will be the
discussion leader for the final Great Decisions program of the semester, “Global
Water Issues,” on March 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room of the college’s
Stockdale Center.
The public is invited to participate in
the free series, which is sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a
non-partisan, non-governmental association that works to increase Americans’
understanding of significant foreign policy issues.
Kieft will preface the program with a
30-minute overview, which will be followed by one hour of group discussion. For
