War crimes to be discussed at MC’s next Great Decisions

MONMOUTH, Ill. — Steve Gardiner, visiting assistant professor of
sociology and anthropology at Monmouth College, will be the discussion
leader for the next Great Decisions program, “War Crimes,” on Feb. 28 at
7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room in the college’s Stockdale Center.
The public is invited to participate in the free series, which is
sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a non-partisan,
non-governmental association that works to increase Americans’
understanding of significant foreign policy issues.
Gardiner will preface the program with a 30-minute overview, which will be
followed by one hour of group discussion. The program will be the sixth in
the nine-week series, which concludes March 28. For more information,
