MC professor authors study guide

MONMOUTH, Ill. — Wendine Thompson-Dawson, assistant professor
of political economy and commerce at Monmouth College, is the author of a study
guide for a popular economics textbook that was published by Prentice-Hall in
2005.
While teaching at the University of Utah, Thompson-Dawson prepared
the guide to accompany Glenn Hubbard’s "Microeconomics" textbook. It
includes such helpful features as chapter summaries, discussion of each
learning objective, study hints, definitions of key terms and a
self-test.
Thompson-Dawson joined the Monmouth faculty last fall after earning
her Ph.D from the University of Utah. She earned her bachelor’s degree
in mathematics from Boise State University in 1999.
