MC’s Scotsmen part of three-group

MONMOUTH, Ill. — The Scotsmen, one of Monmouth College’s
newest musical ensembles, will be perform a benefit concert for the Warren
County United Way on May 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Kasch Performance Hall of the
college’s Dahl Chapel and Auditorium.
A $2 admission fee will be collected at the door, with half of the
proceeds being donated to the Warren County United Way.
An all-male a cappella group that is not affiliated with the
college’s music department, The Scotsmen will be performing with two MC
music department ensembles, The Septet and The Belles. The concert will
feature tunes by The Nylons, The King’s Singers, Gene Chandler, The
Temptations and many more.
