**The Midwest Conference Baseball Tournament games scheduled at Monmouth and Knox colleges for Friday, May 14 have been rained out.

The tournament will follow a single elimination format beginning Saturday, May 15 at 9:30 a.m. at Monmouth College’s Glasgow Field.**

The Monmouth College Fighting Scots will be hosting the MWC Baseball Championship on May 15, 2004 at Glasgow Field in Monmouth, Illinois.

Teams competing for the MWC Baseball Championship are:

• Monmouth College Fighting Scots
• Illinois College Blue Boys
• Ripon College Red Hawks
• St. Norbert College Green Knights

About Glasgow Field:
This professionally-designed baseball field is named in honor of longtime baseball coach Terry Glasgow and his late daughter Angela. It is a field within the Peacock Memorial Athletic Park complex, which is located at the corner of north 11th and US 34. It includes brick dugouts, dressing rooms, bleacher seating, rest rooms and a press box.

• Game One -  Ripon vs. Illinois College,  9:30 am Glasgow Field, Monmouth, Illinois
   
• Game Two - St. Norbert vs. Monmouth, 40 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1 Glasgow Field, Monmouth, Illinois
   
• Game Three -  Championship - Winners of Game 1 and Games 2 meet 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 2 at Glasgow Field, Monmouth, Illinois
