Mark Vershaw brings world-wide experience to the Fighting Scots program. A member of Wisconsin's 2000 Final Four team, the Badger's leading scorer played professionally overseas and received tryout invitations from three NBA teams. Vershaw teaches sound fundamentals and a team attitude as the formula for success.

Trio earn Academic All-Conference selection
March 20, 2009

Seniors Kyle Cook (top), an accounting/business major, and Kyle Weyeneth (middle), a mathematics major, and sophomore exploratory major Alex Tanney (bottom) were among 24 Monmouth College student-athletes to earn academic all-conference honors.

Image of Kyle WeyenethThis is Cook's second academic all-conference award. He earned his first selection to the team as a junior. The honor is the first for Weyeneth and Tanney.

In order to be named to the MWC’s All-Academic team, a student-athlete must have completed at least one year at the institution, carry a cumulative GPA of 3.2 and earn a varsity letter in that sport.
