Monmouth regained the indoor conference
team trophy after winning back-to-back titles in 1991 and 1992. The Scots won six events,
led by freshman David Thompson (55m, 200m, long jump). Freshman Bob Lindstrom (shot put)
and senior Phil Lark (high jump) captured field event gold and the 4x200 relay sped to
victory in conference-record time. Thompson's long jump of 24'0" was also a new MWC
indoor mark. |
