Scots’ Full named MWC Special Teams Player of the Week

MONMOUTH, Ill. – Monmouth College junior kicker Andy Full (Sublette, IL/Amboy) had his best game as a Fighting Scot Saturday and picked up the Midwest Conference Special Teams Player of the Week honor for his efforts.

Despite a nagging leg injury that kept him from kicking off, Full scored nine points in Monmouth's 27-23 victory over archrival Knox (Monmouth leads the series 54-50-10). Full split the uprights on all three PATs and two field goals, including a key 21-yard boot on the final play of the first half that gave the Scots a 20-17 lead they would never relinquish.
