MC’s Parge named MWC Performer of
the Week

 MONMOUTH,
Ill. – Monmouth College sophomore Kacie Parge (Aurora, Ill./West
Aurora) has been named Midwest Conference Women’s Golf Performer of
the Week.
Parge shot the best round of her collegiate career on the second day
of the UW-Whitewater Invitational, vaulting her to second place
among MWC competitors to collect the first Performer of the Week
honor of her career. Within the six conference teams present, only
defending MWC champion Carey Cappel of Illinois College posted a
lower two-day total than Parge’s 91-86--177, which was good for 25th
place overall in the field of 101 golfers.
An English major, Parge is the daughter of Theodore and Kathy Parge
of Aurora.
