Monmouth College’s Dunn is MWC

 MONMOUTH,
Ill. – Monmouth College senior right-hander Dan Dunn (Mapleton,
Ill./Illini Bluffs) improved to 3-1 last week and earned his first
Midwest Conference Pitcher of the Week honor.
Dunn was dominant in a 3-0 win over Wisconsin Lutheran Sunday. He
struck out 12 in six innings, including six over the first two
frames, and allowed just one hit. He also lowered his ERA to 2.82
while averaging more than one strikeout an inning for the season.
A physical education major, Dunn is the son of Teri Dunn of Mapleton
and Dennis Dunn of Hanna City.
