All-conference for MC’s Terwelp

 MONMOUTH,
Ill. – Monmouth College sophomore forward Joe Terwelp (Quincy,
Ill./Notre Dame) was honored by Midwest Conference coaches who named
him to the honorable mention all-conference team in men’s
basketball.
Terwelp led the Fighting Scots in nine categories including points
(309), scoring average (14.7), rebounds (143), and minutes per game
(30.2). He finished third in the league in offensive rebounds. The
selection was his first All-MWC honor. Nationally, Terwelp’s field
goal percentage of .662 is ranked seventh.
A business major, Terwelp is the son of Lawrence and Joyce Terwelp
of Quincy.
