Bond is MWC Performer of the Week

MONMOUTH, Ill. –Monmouth College senior Kel Bond (Dixon, Ill./Dixon) ran his best race of the season and landed the Midwest Conference Performer of the Week honor in men’s cross country.

Bond logged a fourth-place time of 26:24 over the 8K course at Wartburg’s Dan Huston Invitational. The field of 90 included runners from three nationally-ranked teams.
