MC’s Harmon named MWC Performer of
the Week

 MONMOUTH,
Ill. – Although Halloween was still days away, Monmouth College
sophomore defensive back Kyle Harmon (Moline, Ill./Moline) got a
treat out of a trick and earned the Midwest Conference Special Teams
Performer of the Week honor.
In a 17-7 Fighting Scots win over Illinois College Saturday, Harmon
got the angle on a punt return and, after covering the width of the
field, stopped the Blueboys’ returner, D.J. Jackson, to keep the
game scoreless. On the next drive he picked off Blueboy quarterback
Pete Jennings in the end zone for his second interception of the
season.
