Palkovic sets record, named MWC Performer of the

Ill. –
Monmouth College senior kick Nate Palkovic (Peoria, Ill./Woodruff)
set one school record and tied another against Wartburg Saturday and
was rewarded for his efforts with the Midwest Conference Special
Teams Performer of the Week honor.
Palkovic shattered the Monmouth punting record, totaling 536
yards on 12 attempts for a 44.7 average. His 12 punts tied the
school record. He also kicked off twice averaging 64.5 yards, and
made his lone PAT attempt.
