Kunkle named MWC Performer of the Week

Ill. –Monmouth
College senior Jared Kunkle (Peoria, Ill./Dunlap) swept the
competition last week and has been honored as the Midwest Conference
Performer of the Week in men’s tennis.
Kunkle did not lose a game in helping the Fighting Scots to a 9-0
win over Carroll College. Playing at No. 1 singles, he is 8-4 this
season and has teamed with sophomore Kyle Korb to post a 7-3 mark in
No. 1 doubles.
A physical education major, Kunkle is the son of Lynn and Penny
Kunkle of Peoria.
