Korb named MWC Performer of the Week

 MONMOUTH,
Ill. –Monmouth
College sophomore Kyle Korb (Quincy, Ill./Quincy) helped the
Fighting Scots get off to a great start in league play and has been
honored as the Midwest Conference Performer of the Week in men’s
tennis.
Korb picked up wins against conference foe Lake Forest at No. 2
singles and No. 1 with Jared Kunkle as the Fighting Scots won their
conference opener 6-3. Earlier in the week, Korb notched a win at
No. 2 singles against Illinois Wesleyan.
A business major, Korb is the son of Gerald and Loree Korb of
Quincy.
