Monmouth College’s James is MWC Performer of the

Ill. –
Monmouth College senior Kendra James (Fulton, Ill./Fulton) showcased
her talents at last weekend’s UW-Platteville Tournament and has been
named the Midwest Conference Performer of the Week in volleyball.
James helped the Fighting Scots to a 3-1 record at the event and
was named to the all-tournament team. The middle hitter led Monmouth
with 42 kills on a hitting percentage of .287 and posted 20 blocks
and 20 digs. In a win over Cornell earlier in the week, James had
eight kills with a .438 hitting percentage.
