Our training program which focuses on
quality not quantity includes:

A two-day practice format is
in place. Single workouts being October 18th. The average practice yardage
is approximately 5000 to 7500 yards per practice. Yardage varies depending
upon the objectives to be accomplished and the specialty group targeted.

Morning practices take place
on Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning November 1st and run for about
75 minutes.

Underwater videotape
analysis and extensive stroke drills

Power Rack, tethered and
sprint assisted swimming

A full dry-land program is
available, including weight training, and shoulder injury prevention
programs.

A training trip is planned
for the week after Christmas. The team will fly to Florida. Athletes will
train hard in the morning and the evening while relaxing in the sun for 7
days.
