The Wackerle Career & Leadership Center provides WackerleTrack, an online career search service, as a resource for Monmouth College students and alumni. WackerleTrack is a component of NACElink, a national recruiting network offered by the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Students and alumni will enter their information into WackerleTrack (operated by NACElink), and their information will reside on the NACElink Network servers. NACElink is a nationwide-utilized service, used by colleges and universities all over the United States. The information provided to NACElink through WackerleTrack will be used in two ways: (1) Students’ information will allow the system to notify registered students/alumni of positions and openings relevant to their interests or field of study as well as provide a professional liaison between employers and students/alumni. (2) Submitted information is used in administrative reports for WackerleTrack and NACElink. Data will be compiled aggregately, and no personal, identifiable information will be included.

The Wackerle Career & Leadership Center encourages students/alumni to use precaution when searching and applying for jobs through WackerleTrack. NACE does not screen jobs posted on NACElink and the Wackerle Career & Leadership Center may or may not screen job postings either; students and alumni should always research companies to which they apply and are strongly advised to avoid disclosing financial records, credit card information, Social Security numbers or other confidential information.
