  • Games will have 2 - 20 minute halves.
  • Half time will be 5 minutes long.
  • 1 time out per team per half.
  • The field  will be divided into 3 - 15 yard areas and each end zone will be approx. 10 yards deep.

  • Touchdowns = 6 points

  • Extra Points = 1 point if successful from the 3 yard line.

  • Extra Points - 2 points if successful from the 10 yard line.

  • Overtime, if needed, will be each team starting at the halfway line and having 4 downs to score.  If a touchdown is scored, the team can choose to go for a 1 or 2 point extra point try.

  • Coin flip for who starts with the ball to the next 15 yard line or score a touchdown.

  • Kick off from the 1st 15 yard line.

  • You have 4 downs to advance the ball to the next yard line or score a touchdown.

  • A team may only punt on the 4th down.  If the offensive team calls punt, there cannot be a rush but 5 of the defensive players must be on the line of scrimmage until the ball is snapped.

  • The offensive team must have a minimum of 4 players on the line of scrimmage. No player may enter the neutral zone.

  • The ball must be snapped (through the legs or side).

  • An incomplete backward pass or fumble is dead once it has touched the ground.

  • There cannot be contact with a player who is trying to catch/intercept a pass.

  • The quarterback cannot run with the ball directly from the snap.

  • Handoffs must be from behind the line of scrimmage.

  • On forward passes and interceptions, the player catching the ball must contact the ground with at least one foot in-bounds with the ball in their possession, unless an opponent forces them out of bounds, for the catch to be good.

  • Screen blocking can only be done by moving the feet, not by using the hands or arms.

  • No stiff arming.

  • A defensive player cannot hold the player with the ball while grabbing for the flag.

  • Every player's belt and flags must be on the outside of all clothing.  They cannot be rolled.  All tops should be tucked into the shorts or pants.

  • A player running with the ball may not use any part of the body or the ball to deny the opportunity for an opponent to pull or remove the flag.

  • Any called penalty, the team committing the penalty will be assessed 5 yards.

  • Substitutions can only be made before the ball is snapped.

  • Self refereeing.  Make your own calls.  Any call that cannot be agreed upon, replay the down.

  • Stress sportsmanship and fair play.  Competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of respect between players, adherence to the rules and the basic joy of play.
