Run For
Your Life

This is a semester long individual program where if
you complete any of the following you earn a T-shirt.
|

|
Participants may complete a
combination of these four activities for an
equivalent of 150 miles of running. The equivalent
distances are as follows:
|

1 mile swimming = 4 miles of
running
(36 Laps RB Pool = 1 mile)
-
2 miles roller blading = 1 mile
running
-
2 miles on elliptical = 1 mile
running
-
3 miles bicycling = 1 mile
running
-
4 miles walking = 1 mile running
