development of the mind, body, and spirit of members of the
campus community through physical exercise, health and
fitness awareness, and recreational activities in a well
maintained environment.

building cardio, towards muscle strength, and overall
fitness. Pick your plan. |

Heart Rate
What’s Target Heart? What do I need to be doing to build up
better cardiovascular endurance? How hard do I need to work
out to start burning fat?
Target Heart Rate, Max Heart Rate, Cardio Training Zone are
all words that are thrown around when talking about when
exercise but what do they mean.

Run For Your Life
August 25th-December 16th
This is a semester long program. The goal is to complete a
number of miles by doing a variety of exercises, including
swimming, biking, walking or running.
Complete your predetermined miles and receive a T-Shirt.

Get Flex From Trotter
Do you want 10 Flex Dollars added to your account?
Every time you workout in the Trotter Fitness Complex make
sure you enter your name into the drawing. Once a month a
student and employee winner will be drawn. |

Stress Relief
Stress relief activities like massages and crafts will be
offered during the day on October 13th and
December 2nd. This is a joint program with the
Association for Student Activity Programming. |

Blood Drive Knox vs. Monmouth Blood Drop Challenge

October 29th 1-7pm in the Huff Athletic Center
Everyone who donates will get a Free T-shirt
Whichever campus collects the highest percentage of blood is

Everyone who sign the pledge to stop using tobacco
products for the day will receive a package to help them
